BACK TO DIET
I have decided to start my nutrition journey once again..and I have less than a month to lose at least 5kg ..i’ll inform the reasons behind this along the way but I’ll need help from everyone!

1 pork soup
1 Russian salad
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 apple pie - home made with nuts no cream at all!
all portions were tiny!!! think tapas-wise, I just nibbled - tried because I was in my restaurant

pan turkey fillet + half tomato + half cucumber + half sweet pepper + 3 asparagus + 1 piece halloumi cheese

Snack- 2 tbsp yoghurt + 1 pear + 1 tbsp oats
